Don’t take out word for it! See what others are saying…
I have been seeing Charles since he started in Barry in 2007 as I suffer from neck arthritis (cervical spondylosis), which causes much stiffness and pain. I was not prepared to go along the route of daily painkillers and find a regular mix of Osteopathy and Acupuncture from Charles allows me to get on with my life with the minimum of fuss.
Afternoon Charles – just some feedback, even though my leg is sore and tender I’m walking a lot better. I’m sure over the next few days it will be back to normal. Also slept a lot better, so I’d like to thank you, you seem to have sorted it.
Back is doing great today. Thanks again Charles. Best £30 I have ever spent!
Charles, just wanted to say a belated thank you for your treatment of my back and your introduction to Indah and her Pilates class. I went riding last week for the first time since and my back was fine – legs were iffy but aching in a good way! Thank you again and as long as I keep active, I am confident my back will remain strong – hope these are not famous last words!
My back was hurt during an accident at work. I first went to a Physiotherapist and then saw a Chiropractor, both with limited success. I finally contacted Charles who I knew from friend recommendations. After only 3 treatments I had made more progress than all the other treatments put together. I am no longer receiving treatment and only following a set of exercises which Charles has given me. He is still in regular contact with me to monitor my progress. I wish I had gone to him sooner.
As a builder, using my hands to type on a daily basis is a requirement. The work is physical and in all weathers. Several months ago, every movement I made became excruciatingly painful. I started seeing Charles and his magic hands seemed to do the trick. He stressed the importance of my posture and correct use when lifting. At the appointments, he would manipulate and massage my neck, back, shoulders and arms. Within weeks, my pain subsided and I don’t feel the same tension when working. Thanks, Charles!
Although it’s just over three weeks since I first visited you, I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for your very helpful treatment. After I left I felt very energised and quite well, (many times before with others I’ve felt ill and shivery) and I had the best neck treatment ever that left no head-achy side effects.
Charles is a great osteopath who helps loosen & straighten the parts of the body that need loosening & straightening! Its amazing how things can go a bit off in our bodies but its good to know that Charles is there to help!
Charles listened to what we thought! The first time someone in the “medical” profession has done that. He examined and suggested what was causing the ankle problem in my daughter. His approach proved to have very good results. Charles has given me confidence in Osteopathy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
It’s been 7 months since I fell off my bike. I went to A&E and my GP, they took x-rays and said everything seemed normal, that I would just have some pain for a few days. A few days actually turned into several weeks, so at the suggestion of a friend, I went to see Charles. He examined the arm & neck and treated the area, after a few treatments I began to feel better and became to feel more confident than before. I never would’ve thought to see an Osteopath to help with my pain, but I’m sure glad now that I did.
